How we hire
Our hiring process is usually three stages, here's what you can expect:
First Interview
During the first Interview, the team will discuss your experience and working history relating to the position. This is also a chance for you to ask questions about the role and Studio.
Second Interview
In this Interview, you will be speaking with the department Director. They'll take a deeper dive into your experience. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the discipline area.
Final Chat
You made it to the very last stage! You will be speaking with our Studio Directors. This will be a chance for you to get to know the Senior Management team and all the things that make Lucid, Lucid!
